Users & Roles
CASAWEBSITES content/pages are organized into channels. Within any channel you have very efficient management of users and their roles. Essentially it breaks down as follows:

Administrators - They can publish any/all content to the site and can create users and their permissions.

Authors - Can log-in and contribute content.

Editors - Editors are the first tier of the approval workflow. If the channel has one or more users assigned to the Editor role, Authors must submit their work for approval. An editor may approve or reject content submitted by Authors.

Publishers - Publishers are the top tier of the approval workflow. If one or more users are assigned to the Publisher role for the channel, then work approved by an Editor must go to the Publisher(s) for final approval and publication; if not, work approved by an Editor is published directly to the site. Any article approved by a Publisher is published directly to the site.
Note: If no Editor or Publisher is assigned, Authors may publish their work directly to the site.

Resource Managers - Resource managers are able to upload resources (images, media files, documents, etc.) to the channel.
